All requests for Special Education records for students at Mountain View Los Altos School district should be sent to: spedoffice@mvla.net or call 650-940-4650 x7054.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your first and last name
• Your contact information
• Student's full legal name
• Student's date of birth

Students, parents and guardians may also come into the Special Education Office at the MVLA District Office to request records. If the student is 18 years of age or older the student is a legal adult and must request their own records.

The District, by law, must respond to parent requests for records within five (5) business days. If a request is received after school hours, the date of the request will be the next business day.
