- Payment Method: Check made payable to MVLA. We do not accept credit card payments at this time
Update: On September 14th 2026, the Mountain View Los Altos High District Board of Trustees voted to approve an increase in Developer Fees effective November 13th, 2026. The new rates will increase to $1.79 per square foot for residential projects, and $0.29 per square foot for comercial/industrial development projects.
