The Santa Clara County Shelter Team
The Santa Clara County Shelter Team is offering emergency hotline assistance for homeless individuals and families who need temporary shelters during the COVID-19 pandemic. Affected individuals can call 408-278-6420 seven days a week from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. to be screened and placed in a shelter that has current availability.

Community Services Agency
CSA has been designated an essential service provider for Mountain View, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills, and will be providing rental assistance and advice for people economically impacted by COVID-19. All CSA services have been modified in some way as a result of the shelter-in-place order. The front office is closed to the public, and staff ask that people call the office at 650-968-0836 and leave a voicemail message. Due to the volume of calls, please allow CSA staff 48 hours to return the call.
