CROSS COUNTRY (Fall Sport): Team will meet during the summer for training on the trails in Los Altos Hills. These sessions are optional but athletes who gradually build up their mileage during the summer reduce risk of injury and have a more successful competitive season. It is also a great way to make new friends.
Dates: June 10th - July 29th, August 9th - 17th
Time: 4:30-6: 30 pm (beginners will be done in less than an hour)
Monday- Friday: meet at Lincoln Park near the intersection of Edith and University Ave.
Saturday: Occasionally group long runs are organized on Saturdays at various local preserves; details are sent out via XC email list the week before.
