About the Program:
ALL students are required to attend a mandatory orientation and take all course tests and exams in the Learning Lab (Room 104) at the MVLA Adult School (333 Moffett Blvd., Mountain View, 94043) in order to make progress toward completion of their course. Students can expect to visit the Adult School at least 4 times for orientation and testing during the duration of a summer session.
While the Online Summer School program is self paced, The Learning Lab (room 104) has set hours: Mon. through Fri., 9 am to 3 pm. All tests must be completed by 3 PM. Additional academic support from credentialed teachers is also available during Learning Lab hours.
Every student who attends must register online, submit an application signed by a parent (and counselor if taking a course other than health), and attend a mandatory orientation on the first day of their session at the Adult School. Completed applications must be submitted to student’s high school counseling secretary by May 25th. Students may only register for one course per session (no exceptions).
Health students may access the online Application Form here.
