Environmental club aims make a positive impact on mountain view high school and the community by engaging in and promoting eco-friendly policies, practices and activities to fellow students, teachers and community members. Through team work, creativity, perseverance and dedication, club members will work toward their collective goal of a greener environment such as by spreading the word on eco-friendly practices and activities, through planning and carrying out recycle projects such as for paper and plastic to help reduce harmful wastes. Key Club

Key club is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. What makes key club so successful is the fact that it is a student-led organization that teaches leadership through serving others. Members of the Kiawanis international family, key club members build themselves as they build their schools and communities. They perform service projects to raise money for charitable causes, help out in the community, and increase their awareness of current world events.

Kick, Lead, and Dream

(KLD)

The Kick, Lead, and Dream Club is a group whose goal is to help under-privileged kids from Sunnyvale and Mountain View have an enjoyable and educational summer camp. Our members plan all year long to be able to put together a two week long summer camp for around 100 to 200 middle school and elementary school kids. Therefore our community service project takes place in middle of June, and teaches kids how to supportive, athletic, soccer skills, and stresses the importance of school-work and staying away from bad influences.

Unidos is a volunteer organization whose members seek to give back to the community. Members of unidos tutor local elementary school students wekly in math, English, reading and Spanish.
