Junior/Senior Prom 2010 "Field of Dreams"
Prom Committee is pleased to announce that Mountain View High School’s Junior and Senior Prom will be held at AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, on May 22nd, 2010.
Monday, February 8th, tickets will go on sale for $130 and will increase as follows:
- February 8th-March 12th: $130 with ASB; $135 without
- March 15th– April 9th: $140 with ASB; $145 without
- April 19th-May 19th: $150 with ASB; $155 without
The ticket price includes transportation by charter bus to and from the location, hors d’ouerves, dinner, and refreshments.
Prom will be taking place on the AT&T Park Club Level. Students will have access to two sections of stadium seats, a dance floor, and a balcony overlooking the historic Bay Bridge. In addition there will be a continuous slideshow on the stadium’s scoreboard.
Since the venue is out of county the MVLA school district has required that students use school provided transportation. We have reserved charter buses for all students through Bauer Transportation. Students will be expected to arrive at the MVHS Student Parking Lot at 5:00 PM the date of the event, in order to go through the necessary check-in procedures. Separate transportation will not be permitted under any circumstances.
It is with great excitement that we present “The Field of Dreams” and we hope to see all Juniors and Seniors participating in this once in a lifetime experience. We are committed to providing everyone with the opportunity to attend prom regardless of their financial situation. Scholarships will be available starting February 8th.
